Community Languages

The role of the Community Language teacher is to assist children to become literate in their home language.

At Auburn West Public School we have children from a wide variety of language backgrounds, however two language backgrounds have significant numbers, and as such have Community Language Teachers.

The Community Languages are Arabic and Turkish.
